Women's Workshop and Retreat Registration - A Woman's Way [Sedona Arizona]

We will mail you a confirmation packet as soon as we receive your registration. The packet will include all pertinent information including a General Information and Release Form (which must be returned to us asap). Workshop Fees and Retreat Accommodations - A Woman's Way [Sedona Arizona]
Fees vary so please check the description of the women's Retreat, Workshop, or Outdoor Adventure you are interested in attending in order to locate the correct fee.

Women's Retreat fees cover the full cost of the facilitated retreat including accommodations both Friday and Saturday nights and all meals from 5 pm on Friday through 2 pm on Sunday. Both private and semi-private accommodations are available. There are a limited number of private rooms, available on a first-come first-served basis, for an additional fee of $100. Please note your preference for a private room on your Registration Form. The $100 fee will be refunded if there are no longer private rooms available. In order to reserve a retreat space, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required. The balance of the retreat fee is due no later than 30 days prior to beginning of the retreat.

Women's Workshop fees cover the cost of the facilitated retreat only. In order to reserve a workshop space, the entire fee is due upon registration. Unless otherwise noted in the workshop description, you will need to bring a bag lunch. For information on Sedona lodging options, please click here or call us at 928-254-1897.

Women's Outdoor Adventure fees cover the cost of the facilitated retreat and all accommodations and meals as outlined in each retreat description (please note that travel to and from the retreat site is not covered). Deposits and final payments vary for each retreat so please check the description of the retreat you're interested in attending carefully.

Alumni Discount
As a special thank you to women who have attended one of our retreats, retreat alumni will receive a 10% discount off future Retreats and Workshops (this discount is not available for our Outdoor Adventures). Please note your "alumni discount" on the Registration Form. 
Retreat Cancellation and Refund Policy - A Woman's Way [Sedona Arizona]-
All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail or USPS. Please note that the information below is for retreats and workshops only. For outdoor adventures, please note the cancellation/refund policy spelled out in the description of the event you're interested in attending.
 
Cancellations 30 days or more before the start of your women's retreat or workshop:
 
~   For women's retreats we will retain your non-refundable deposit of $150. If you have prepaid your entire retreat fee, we will retain the non-refundable $150 deposit and return the balance to you. 
~   For women's workshops we will refund your workshop fee minus a $25 handling charge.
 
Cancellations less than 30 days before the start of your retreat or workshop:
 
~   For women's retreats you will forfeit your entire retreat fee. However this fee, minus your $150 deposit, can be credited to the cost of another retreat, subject to availability, within 1 year of the start date of your registered retreat.
~   For women's workshops you forfeit your entire workshop fee.
A Woman's Way reserves the right to cancel a women's Retreat, Workshop, or Outdoor Adventure at any time – in which case your entire payment will be refunded. In the case of a retreat cancellation, A Woman's Way is not responsible for consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation, any travel, lodging or other expenses, or incidental damages, however caused.
Extending Your Retreat - A Woman's Way [Sedona Arizona]
If you would like to extend your women's retreat at the Briar Patch Inn or L'Auberge de Sedona, please call us at 928-254-1897 and we'll make the additional reservations for you. Please be aware that A Woman's Way will not be responsible for the extra accommodation costs.
