Janet is a certified Job and Career Transition Coach, a graduate of Coach for Life, and holds a Masters Degree in Education and Psychology. She has been working with and inspiring countless individuals on aspects of career planning and development for the last 15 years, and has presented an extensive array of workshops around the country, on topics such as career transition, employee recruitment/development and managing change. In addition to workshop offerings, Janet coaches individuals on career issues, as well as works with small business owners who seek assistance with recruitment, development and team building. Through her work with such organizations as Caliper Human Resource Consulting, Right Management Consultants, Manchester Partners, Educational Testing Service, and Bell Atlantic, she has helped hundreds achieve focus, clarity and unlock their potential.

The fee for this retreat is $90. Fee includes facilitated retreat from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Sedona Creative Life Center. Also included in the retreat cost are a "pre-workshop" exercise (mailed to you in advance), materials and a "post-workshop" teleseminar to support translating retreat learning into your life.
