Cheryl
Alexander believes that the embodiment of
artistic expression and yogic teachings are
the basis of healing. “Creativity and
grounding of the body are inseparable and I
love to work with students to help wake them
up.”
This two-day retreat includes yoga, art and
creating a dialogue between your body and art,
one that propels you into a sacred space of
healing and enlightenment. No previous yoga or
art experience is necessary. Cheryl will
convey the essence of the yoga sutras for each
chakra. Students will begin to understand that
our bodies sometimes speak most profoundly in
art images as opposed to a spoken language. |
