A Weekend Retreat
with Jennifer Louden
April 20 - 22, 2007
Hosted at the Briar Patch Inn in Sedona, Arizona |
|
|
|
| |
|
|
| Come care for your
feminine spirit, one immense source of wisdom and beauty.
Come touch the mystery of life, fill your inner creative well, and review
your spiritual understandings and yearnings. Join best-selling author,
columnist, and radio show host Jennifer Louden for an exploration into your
spirituality, how you care for and are cared for by this glorious aspect of
life, and how it directs and guides your life decisions and choices. We
will meditate, stretch, journal, listen, create art, and sit in circle. We
will spend time in silence, eat chocolate mindfully, be in nature, and
cultivate true rest. |

|
|
| |
| We will
explore where our urge to create comes from and how it is connected
to our deepest spiritual beliefs and ideas about Source. We will begin by
opening a spirit door to our truest selves -- through listening meditation,
authentic movement, and art making -- and lovingly observe what flows forth.
We will create a visual prayer -- a collaged altar that reflects our pure
creative essence and source. We'll uncover fresh inspiration as we engage
with our altars through movement and journaling practices and a final circle
to witness each other's wild, authentic, and divine prayers.
You will emerge from the retreat having nurtured your most essential and
mysterious roots, your feminine way of embodying wisdom, with fresh sensory
informed ideas of how to connect to and live from your spiritual center. |
