Join author, entrepreneur and late-in-life adventurer, Karen
Ely, and other extraordinary women for two days of fun and
life-changing opportunities. Karen believes that in today’s
hectic time-starved world it becomes even more important to
find time for quiet renewal, time to step back and assess
who you are and where you’re going, and time to celebrate
where you’ve come from and what you’ve learned.
Through large and small group exercises, quiet, music,
joyful playing, and journaling, Karen will guide
participants through an exploration back to themselves,
revealing how each step along life’s journey can be a
miraculous opportunity to learn and grow. Throughout the two
days women will spend time in silence and joy, eat chocolate
mindfully, connect deeply with themselves, make new friends
and leave with a passion and plan for their future. |
