A Women's Spiritual Raft Trip
Down the San Juan River
Guided by Laura Theimer
and Kristen McKinnon
September 18 -

In Spectacular Southern Utah

|
Experience this once-in-a-lifetime float trip down the
spectacular San Juan River in the company of 14 phenomenal
women on an extraordinary journey of personal exploration.
An all female crew will lead
the raft trip, provided by
Wild Rivers Expeditions.
Wild Rivers has set the standard for the highest quality
whitewater rafting and float expeditions in Utah and the
American Southwest. As you journey down the San Juan, you
will enter a world of dramatic red rock, textured by time
into alcove, cliff and canyon. |
|
|
While there will be ample time for the exploration of side
canyons and the exhilaration of whitewater rapids, the focus
of the trip will be on using this outward journey to access
your inner self. From the moment you arrive at your hotel on
Thursday evening, until you pack to leave on Monday morning,
experienced facilitator, Laura Theimer, will lead you on a
quiet exploration of yourself. Using journaling, meditation,
drumming, singing and special exercises, your three days on
the river will provide you with serenity, focus and some
tools for allowing you to move back into your old life in a
new way. |
